Evan holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws (with Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Following three years as a member of the Law Faculty of Victoria University, he practised as a commercial lawyer from 1979 to 1995, specialising in large cross border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital markets transactions and was a partner in Chapman Tripp, one of New Zealands leading national law firms, from 1985 to 1995. He was variously a board member, managing partner and chairman of Chapman Tripp during a period of significant growth between 1987 and 1995 when he retired from the firm.
Subsequently, Evan has focussed on private equity investments, initially through a private equity firm including a lead role in developing Denarau Island (a successful island resort acquisition and Development in Fiji) and for the last eight years through Williams Land and the Williams Land projects.

Paul holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University, New Zealand.
Paul practised as a solicitor with Bell Gully, a leading New Zealand law firm, from 1998 to 2000 and then worked for the Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council in London and the Millennium Dome operating company in London over 2000 2001.
On his return to New Zealand in 2001, Paul joined Russell McVeagh, another leading New Zealand law firm, as a property lawyer. He specialised in property development work, acting for large listed companies and trusts, high net worth individuals and private development companies, including Williams Land.
Stephen holds the degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and is a Chartered Accountant member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Stephen worked with Grant Thornton in New Zealand from 1996 to 1998, and then in the United Kingdom for 5 years, holding mid-senior level roles with TNT magazine in 1999-2000, Enron 2001-2002 and then with the Financial Times in 2002-2003.
On his return to New Zealand Stephen joined BP as a divisional Finance Manager from 2004-2006.
